![]() I am moving into a place with no furniture on Saturday, is there any way I can pass info to Warehouse and they can actually ship it? No one is passing any info to them, I am daily on Customer Service chat, one just confessed they wait 10 days to reach out to warehouse and that means 20th and that means they will wait for this not delivered for 2 weeks to do something. I did not use Wayfair use before but they are surviving against Amazon with worst business model? I ordered the frame from Amazon like it is in my door in 2 days (they even had to use even fulfillment center.) So for "those" products you kind of need to tailgate but not for allįirst time using Wayfair, I ordered my mattress on Sunday, 8th and estimated delivery was 10th so good deal and today it is Jan 12th, the order still says preparing for shipping.Ĭustomer service just humor with small talk, they have no idea and they say they cannot reach out to Warehouse (WTF). I also ordered other stuff after that, I did not have the same issue they were shipped fastly like in 2 days, came earlier than estimated. I am happy with the shipping after that but still, it is a bad idea that Wayfair cannot ask the manufacturer/warehouse about the progress before 10 days but again they are not the worst okay haha. (They said I need to give them 2 business day, and I think it was shipped in second day.) and I also sent an email to the manufacturer same night I posted here so do not know if either of these worked. ![]() UPDATE: Since this is getting comments I wanna update here: The mattress was shipped the next days after my post actually :) What I did was to ask in the chat like almost everyday, and creating a ticket for the warehouse/shipping department to provide an update. ![]()
